Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email—because we’re just as excited as you are! From there, our team gets to work, crafting your made to order shoes and ensuring every detail is perfect. You’ll also get a tracking email once your shoes ship, so you can keep an eye on their journey to your doorstep.

Where We Ship & What It Costs
We currently deliver to selected European countries. Here’s a quick breakdown of shipping costs:
Portugal Continental: €5
Portugal Ilhas: €8
Spain (excluding Baleares and Canary Islands): €5.5
France, Italy, Greece: €12
Rest of Europe: €17
Orders above €250 shipping is free!
We partner with CTT to ensure your shoes reach you safely. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout—any typos or missing info can cause delays. TUAS Studio isn’t responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses, but we’ll always do our best to help you if something goes wrong.

- France: Excludes overseas territories like French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Saint Pierre, Wallis and Futuna, French Polynesia, and others
- Italy: Mainland only (excluding Vatican City)
- Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding Greenland and Faroe Islands), Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland (excluding Liechtenstein), and the UK
