Head over to our website, pick the shoes that you love the most, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details, and we’ll do the rest!
Sometimes the confirmation email gets lost in cyberspace. Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, email us at orders@tuas-studio.com, and we’ll resend it ASAP!
We believe that great things are worth waiting for. Each pair of TUAS shoes is made to order, with love and care, turning into a one-of-a-kind piece. When you place your order, we start producing your shoes right away, and this process takes us 15 to 20 business days. The time mentioned includes both the production and the shipping time to get your shoes to your doorstep. Trust us, it’s worth the wait!
Once you’ve placed your order, we begin creating your custom shoes right away, so we can’t change or cancel it. If you need to make an adjustment, please reach out to orders@tuas-studio.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
Don't worry—we’ve got tracking info for you! You should receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received it, make sure to check your spam folder. Still no luck? Reach out to us at orders@tuas-studio.com, and we’ll help you track it down!
Shipping
We ship to most European countries! Check out our shipping details here for more information on regions, costs, and delivery times.
If you need to update your shipping address, just shoot us an email at orders@tuas-studio.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make the change for you!
In the rare event your package gets lost or damaged, let us know right away by emailing orders@tuas-studio.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get your shoes to you.
For UK customers, customs duties may apply. Unfortunately, we can’t cover those. If you don’t want to pay them, your order will be returned to us, and we’ll issue a refund (minus shipping and any return costs). Have questions? Email hello@tuas-studio.com, and we’ll help!

This process takes 15 to 20 working days for production and delivery.

Treat them with love! Keep your leather shoes in their box when you're not wearing them, and use a soft cloth to clean them. To keep them looking fresh, apply a good leather conditioner regularly.
