Free Exchanges & Easy Returns
We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Whether it’s a size swap or a change of heart, we’ve made the returns & exchanges process simple and stress-free.
1. Start Your Request
Send an email to orders@tuas-studio.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and let us know if you’d like a return or an exchange.
We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with the next steps and a prepaid shipping label.
2. Prepare Your Return
Place the shoes in their original packaging, including all accessories, and ensure they’re in mint condition (film still covering the soles).
Use the shipping label we provide. Please don’t send any items directly to our warehouse without the label, as we won’t be able to process your return.
3. Ship It Back
Follow the instructions provided with your shipping label.
For returns: The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges: We’ll cover the return and shipping costs for your new pair (limited to one exchange per order).
What Happens Next?
For Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your returned shoes, we’ll begin crafting your new pair just for you! Since we are a made-to-order company, this means your shoes will go through our meticulous production process again. We promise it’ll be worth the wait!
For Returns: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will appear in your account within 2–3 business days.

What you should also know
We know trying on shoes at home can feel a bit risky, so here’s our tip: try them on a soft surface like carpet to avoid scuffs or creasing and don't remove the protective film on the sole. That way, we can ensure everything is good as new for exchanges or returns.
If you’re exchanging for a different size, please remember that your new pair will be made to order. This means a little extra patience as we craft them just for you—it’s our way of ensuring every pair is perfect!
We’ve got you! If we’ve sent the wrong size or a defective pair, we’ll cover all shipping costs to make things right.
